Smirnoff 3 L is a Russian vodka produced by The Smirnoff Company, a famous and recognized company now owned by the Diageo Group. The distillation of this vodka is however carried out in France. Created in 1864, the Smirnoff brand is the best-selling vodka brand worldwide.
